The building was built in 1860. There is no wheelchair access in the building. There is a small step as you go through the gate. Into the building there is 1 step and a very small doorstep through to the hallway/reception area.

On the ground floor there is a breakfast room/lounge. All bedrooms are on upper floors.

The staircase has 12 stairs to the first floor where we have a family room with an en-suite, this room sleeps four. We also have a double room with an en-suite.

Up a further 4 stairs there are three rooms, one smaller family room which sleeps three with an en-suite and another family room with an en-suite which sleeps four. Next to this is a single room without an en-suite.

To the second floor via two small flights of stairs with 8 stairs and 5 stairs there is a shower/toilet for the first floor single room and a further two single rooms, all three singles share this toilet/shower room.

All hallways, stairs and rooms are carpeted.

Parking is by permits in parking zone A. Disabled badge holders do not need to display permits, just a badge and clock - no time limit in bays.

All rooms have fire doors, there is a fire call point on each floor and fire extinguishers on each floor. If there is a power failure there are emergency lights in the hallways through to the fire exit to the front of the building.
